Chad Morris - Principal Owner
I am a senior finance and operations leader with a career built on driving large-scale transformation across organizations navigating growth, change, and integration. My expertise spans Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) functions, where I’ve led initiatives that harmonize systems, streamline processes, and unlock measurable business value. Over the years, I have overseen end-to-end implementations of ERP and SaaS platforms, and I specialize in unifying complex landscapes after mergers and acquisitions. I thrive in environments where clarity, efficiency, and execution matter most—whether that’s migrating thousands of vendors onto new platforms, re-engineering invoice-to-pay processes, or designing data-driven frameworks that give leadership teams the insight they need to act.
What sets me apart is not just technical expertise, but my people-first approach. I believe transformation only succeeds if the individuals using the systems understand them, trust them, and feel supported throughout the change. I’ve built and led high-performing teams, guiding them through the pressure of cutovers, vendor campaigns, and executive deadlines with a balance of accountability and empathy. Colleagues often describe me as both detail-oriented and visionary: someone who can get into the weeds of a workflow while keeping the larger picture in focus.
Most recently, I launched Uproar Consulting, a firm dedicated to helping organizations streamline, standardize, and scale their finance operations. Through Uproar, I bring my experience to companies looking to reduce costs, optimize operations, and achieve sustainable growth by leveraging technology and smarter processes. Whether it’s pre-implementation planning, post-go-live stabilization, or vendor communication campaigns, I help clients take complex transitions and make them manageable, achievable, and—most importantly—successful.
Beyond my career, I’m a proud father of four daughters who inspire me daily. They keep me grounded, creative, and constantly learning, whether I’m coaching them through school projects, dressing up as a giant ball of yarn for Halloween, or cheering them on from the sidelines. My personal life has taught me as much about leadership as my professional one: patience, adaptability, and the importance of showing up consistently for the people who count on you.

Acacia Grant is the Head of Technology at Uproar, where she brings more than 20 years of experience in CRM, sales technology, lead generation, and supply chain transformation. She leads Uproar’s technology strategy and delivery, helping clients harness modern platforms to drive revenue growth, streamline operations, and scale efficiently.
Acacia has a proven track record of implementing enterprise CRM solutions, optimizing sales and lead generation processes, and modernizing supply chain systems in the automotive and distribution industries.
